he Mico Foundation is supervised by a nine-member Board of Directors. Members to the Board of Directors are drawn in equal number from the Trustees, The University College and the Alumni Association (MOSA. There are two (2) ex-officio members, one of whom is the President of The Mico and the other a member of The Lady Mico Trustees resident in Jamaica, or if not, a person named by the Trustees. A Director is elected to serve for three (3) years in the first instance and is eligible to be re-elected to serve for a maximum of two (2) additional three (3) years term. The only exceptions are the Chancellor of The Mico who shall serve for the duration of being Chancellor.
